BIAB at Partizan Tavern, Nottingham. Golden colour, no head and aroma of funk, apple. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruit, sharp funky, leather, with some acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
