From bag-in-a-box at the Sausage and Cider Festival at The Dog & Bell, Deptford, London, 23.08.24. Clear golden. No head. Aroma and taste of astringent apples, apple peel and bitternesd, Tart and astringent mouthfeel.

12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of apple, caramel, baked apple, funky edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, light carbonation. Drying finish. Pretty decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Orange golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy fruity, woody, with leathery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic at the finish. Quite drinkable.
