12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of apple, caramel, citrus, apple pie. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, light carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, orange citrus, fruits. Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, tart, some citric acidity and tannins. Medium bodied low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable
