BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Hazed golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, spicy funk hints. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity apple, fleshy, with some citric acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Bottle split at the Neon Raptor taproom, Notts get together, 07/07/23. Moderately hazed deep orange with a thin off white cap that clears edgewards. Nose is tarte apples, mild funk, damp straw, tannins. Taste comprises apple core, funk, caramelised apples, tannins, light acidic spike. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent drop ... quite sharp and bitter for a cider.

Bottle at Neon Raptor. Aroma is sour and peel. Opaque-hazy amber. Thin bubbly white head sticks to the rim. Light sweet. Dry vinous element. Pulpy. Peel. Thin. Light. Flat carbonation. Relatively abrupt finish.
