12/10/2023. BIAB at Nottingham Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours hazy golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is apple, funky, floral, touch of aniseed. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, low carbonation. Drying finish. Pretty decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Hazy golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of juicy apple, fruit. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, juicy fruity, with some leathery funk and mellow soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
