BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, floral. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fleshy, fruity, flowery with some acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sweet and slightly acidic finish. Quite drinkable
