No head. Clear apple juice coloured pour. Light sweetness

Growler from LCB. Clear gold, still. Has a light vintage depth in aroma, some barrelled apple juice, skins and light vinegar. Taste is more mellow than expected - bittersweet apples, light sour sweet, hint of citrus. Slick body. Lacks character for a vintage although very drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Clear gold colour, bubbly head and aroma of fleshy apple, core. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, ripe, fleshy, earthy, with light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & slight tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable
