The size of a cherry and colour of a ruby the Knotted Kernel is one of the most beautiful and unusual apples we work with. Rich and unctuous, it provides the back bone of this delicious sparkling cider whilst the apples Yarlington Mill and Kingston Black add a smoky spiciness. A helping of zingy Herefordshire Redstreak brings balance.
Zesty with a joyful brightness, this gently sparkling cider has hints of pineapple sweetness balanced with grippy tannins on the finish. We recommend drinking young, paired with vanilla and caramel based deserts or alternatively hard cheeses such as comté.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Hazy orange golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, mucky hint, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy and fruity, zesty, with stone fruit hints, some barnyard funk, leather and drying spicy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
