375ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale golden colour, thin fizzy white foam head and aroma of ripe perry pear, fruity, caramel hint. Taste is sweet, perry pear, fleshy, fruity, woody, with caramel, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet peary tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
