750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale orangey golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruit, apple, juicy, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, orange juice hint, with leathery funky notes, oak, wood barrel, smokey, and drying bittersweet earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.
