750ml bottle from Welsh Mountain. Orangey gold colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of fruity apple, orchardy funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, apple, fruity, fleshy, with leather, funk, wood and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
