500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Bottle 2/30. Orange gold colour, thin bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, mucky funk hint, earthy. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, core, orchardy, leather, funky, earthy notes, with drying bitter tannins. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, very dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
