Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/11/23. Clear light golden to yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is sharp apple, tannins, vinous, herb, hedgerow, light farmyard tones. Taste comprises apple skins, light farmy notes, herb, grains, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad ... not sweet and well balanced.

30/10/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is floral, sweet apple, citrus, lightly perfumed and soapy. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Light drying sweet finish.

500ml bottle, courtesy of Andy from Seven Trees Cider. Sparkling clear golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, caramel, fruity, hint of funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, caramel, with some farmhouse funk and spicy earthy tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium-dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
