500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, mucky funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, fruity, some farmhouse funk with barnyard muck hints and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
