500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Bottle 5/20. Golden colour, short-lived white foamy head and aroma of apple, fruity, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, fleshy, tangy, with some tartness and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
