Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 17/09/23. Clear pale golden yellow with a thin white cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is apple skins, orchard wood, hay bale, faint citric levels. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, vinous, herb, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay drop.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, citric. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, juicy, sweetish, with some fruit, and citrusy acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

31/8/2023. Bottle from Bull Of The Woods Brewery, Kirby Cane. Pours clear very pale gold with a small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, caramel, petroleum, citrus, funky notes. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness and body. Average carbonation, slightly oily. Quite likeable.
