28/9/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of tart apple, citrus, funk, hint of strawberry, light sulphur. Sharp sourness, light sweetness, sulphur and acidity. Moderate body, average carbonation.

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of fleshy apple, strawberry, mucky funk. Taste is sharp, tart, sourish, apple, fleshy, fruity, with strawberry notes, and drying acidity. Mouth puckering, slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry sour lingering acidic finish. Very drinkable
