30/10/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy dark golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is baked, woody, citric, light funky, apple. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice drying tannic finish. Good.

750ml bottle from Wild West. Orangey golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, alittle funk. Taste is sharp, tart, apple, fruity, fleshy citric, woody, funk with some drying tangy tannins. Medium bodied, light foamy carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
