BIAB at Half Moon, Darlington. Bright golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, skin & core. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, with skin & core, some tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable
