75cl bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - very pale yellow with gentle carbonation (a very satisfying pop on opening and then easy).
Nose - baked apple, spice, earthy and forest floor.
Taste - sweet and baked apple, light spice and earthy.
Palate - light to medium bodied, light sweetness and then tangy, dryness on the finish.
Overall - very easy, if a little simple for these guys.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Pale golden colour, short-lived thin white head and aroma of ripe pear, mucky funk. Taste is sweetish, pear, juicy, floral, tangy, citric, with some tart acidity, alittle funk and hints of drying tannin. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & slight tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

On tap at Toms Tap, Crewe. Pours a slightly hazy greenish straw with a large transient white head, and slight cxarbonation. The aroma is ripe rotting pears. In the mouth there is a little sweetness, and quite juicy. Flavour is pears with distinct traces of pear drops and humbugs. Slight carbonation to tickle the tongue, and a slight bitterness later on, leading to a dry finish. I know nothing about perry, but this is rather nice.
