Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, leathery funk. Taste is fruity, apple, orchard floor, funky, leather, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
