ボディと少し甘みのある、ブラウンカラーの一部自然冷却して野生酵母で発酵したビールです(サッカロマイセスも含んでいます)。フェミニンさの中にしっかりとした迫力のある味わいです。名前は”しょうがない”という意味の、明るい諦め。なんとかなるよ、というメッセージを込めています。2019年1月仕込み、2020年2月ボトリング

Tangy, bretty nose, grapes and apples. Dry and dusrty. Flavor of grapes, apples, funky citrus. Slightly tart. Murky, somewhat bitter yeasty finish is a bit of a negative.

Songbird C’est la Vie Belgian Dark 9% Deep purple brown with beige foam and a yeasty stone fruit aroma. Medium bodied and smooth with rich stone fruit apricot flavor. Nice.
