We continue to tweak the IPA in our own special way. Catalyst is our latest experience with double dry hopping with the astounding lupulin strain of pollen – with a handful of silky oat flakes thrown in for good measure, of course.
Since the sun’s been making a slow return back down to the horizon, we decided to add a little light to the mix. The brew turned out quite bright, with a gold sheen thrown off by specially selected oat flakes that make up 30% of the ingredients. This mighty proportion gently clouds the drink, complimenting the added hoppy lupulin made from Mosaic and Citra.

The aroma’s saturated through with fruit and fresh hops and an added scoop of fresh Amarillo.

Thick and soft, like a fresh, sunny fall morning on a cleaned oat field.

Аромат шикарный, много фруктов, манго, грейпфрут, ананас, персик. Цвет глубокий, мутно желтый, но без пены вовсе. Радует что вкус не алкогольный. Очень хмелевой по американски. Снова фрукты и даже фруктовое пюре. Очень много манго и персика. Послевкусие чересчур горькое для меня, хотя всего 40 ибу на банке. Горчинка долго остается во рту.

Can? at TCBW. Pours golden-amber. Aroma and flavor are sweet, fruity, hoppy, citrus. Overall: ok.

Can. Pours nice creamy and thick orange. Finger of white foam on the top. Juicy nose, tropical but not too sweet, light lupulin dust. Tastes creamy, just the right amount of hops, citric, bitter and well balanced with the body. Lupulin is not as strong as I hoped for but still, super nice DDH juice. Herbal hop tingle in the finish, ending with light bitter linger.

Tap. Cloudy dark yellow, brownish, white foam. Aroma: sweet, fruity, citrus, tropical fruits, leaves, grass, carrots. Taste: tropical fruits, hop-burn, grapefruit, bitter, grassy, not bad.

Tap at Minsk Craft Beer Fest Autumn '18. Hazy yellow. Nice head. Juicy. Tropical. Lactic. Light bitterness. Soft texture. Enjoyable enough.
