--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear amber, mid sized head. Aroma of ripe fruit and grass. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean mouthfeel. Nearly sharp crystal malt like character, much unlike the soft depth I seek in a bock. Sweet red apples on metal. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Ambery red colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, grassy, herbal and mild caramelly tones. Flavour is herbal, caramel, floral and mild bready tones with some toast as well.
