Bottle@PBF XIII. Yellowish orange colour, small head. Aroma is fruity floral, some mild nectary and toffee tones. Flavour is tart, wood and some earthy tones.

75cl bottle. PBF XIII. Poured golden in color, thin head. Aroma of vinegar, lemon, lemon pie and tartness. Dark , dry finish.

A bit cloudy yellow colour, small white head. Fruity and some bourbon in the nose. Medium-bodied. Tart, red winous mouth-puckering flavour. Delicate. .

--Bottled at PBF XIII! -- Almost clear deep golden, small head. Intense, concentrated aroma of red wine and apricot tartness. Citric and woody with medium to full body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Red wine, oak, dates and apricot. Mid bitter finish.

0,75l bottle from the brewery. Bottled 2/2022, bbe 1.6.2027. Clear orange golden beer with good but quite quickly vanishing head. Aroma has yeast, apricot, caramel, berries, oak, funky and sour notes. Flavor has oak, funky and sour notes combined with dried fruits, apple mainly. Full body. Not really tripel, rather heavy sour. As good as first blend.
