Tap at Craft Room. Murky dark yellow. White head. Lactic citrusy aroma, light alcohol. Full body, tart-sweet, lactic, little to no elder. More sweetish ending dry than tart. Dunno about this one..

100ml taster at Cafe Sånn. Patchy white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, cloudy pale yellow coloured body. Mid-sweet floral nose, citric hints. Tart citrus fruity flavours offset by mid-sweet elderflower and berries. Ends mid-tart and dry. Hidden alcohol. Satisfying. (Tromsø 14.12.2018).

(Keg at William K Kurvi, 20180929) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sourness and elderflower. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sourness, sweetness, elderflower, tartness and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A rather nice sour brew with adjuncts. The style is wrong in my opinion.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers, brett, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of malt, elderflowers, lemons, and brett, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ William K Kurvi, Helsinki. Pours orange with a small head. Aroma of tart fruits, grapefruit, citrus, hints of elderflower and lactic sourness. Taste is slightly tart and earthy with some hints of fruits, grapefruit, vinous grapes, elderflower, funky yeast and sourness. Finish is slightly tart and sourish with some grapefruit and elderflower. Decent.
