Bottle from Gær Odense. Dark hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, balsamic vinegar and red berries. Dry and tart fruity flavour with funk and a spicy touch.

Bottle @ Øl2Go tasting. Gusher that pours hazy rusty orange with an offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, malt,, yeast, sweat, wood, some burned notes. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeasty, sweaty, light burnt, little wood, whisky, herbs. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light bitter and light acidic finish. 090223

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear copper colour, brief head. Vinous oaky nose with some perfumy notes. Tart with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Concentrated tart oaky wine, notes of vinegar. Mild floral and leathery notes. Peppery finish with some bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour with a small off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary and some slight tart tones with mild yeasty and leathery elements. Flavour is leather, yeast, some fruit, mild spiciness with some herbs as well.
