Klar brun med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter gjær, malt og noe lyse frukter. Syrlig med smak av gjær, trevirke og sure bær. Tam. Infisert??

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is nectar, some yeast, dough and mild earthy tones. Flavour is dough, some sour wooden tones with nectar, berries and mild funk. Feels more infected than intended to be like this.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Hzy deep golden, small head. Yeasty nose with red currant and dough. Mid sweet with mild tartness. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and doughy with baking yeast and hay. Rather ow bitterness.
