Firebird er en NEIPA tørrhumlet med Citra, Belma og Hallertau Blanc. Vi har også tilsatt litt humle i mesketanken for å gi den spesielle gjæra vi bruker i denne ølen ekstra gode muligheter til å vise seg frem. Resultatet ble en meget fruktig og kompleks øl med god munnfølelse og dempet bitterhet.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Mursky orange colour, rich creamy head. Grassy nose with passionfruit and mango. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with honeydew, mango and passionfruit. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellowish orange colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some tartness, mild grains and some floral tones. Flavour is citrus, is floral, some tartness, oats and mild alcohol sweetness. Caramelly tones in the aftertaste.

Poured from the tap. Murky yellow with white head. Citrus hops, a bit muddled by a yeast soup. Filtration please.

Delt med A-L i heimen. Gusjegrågul. Veldig uklar. Middels høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Aroma av grapefrukt & sitronskall. Smaken mest sitronskall. Tørr, forsiktig bitter avslutning.

330ml can, #592, bought at Vinmonoplet Langnes. Opaque grey-golden body, firm white head, rings of lace down the glass. Promising smell of citrus and apricot. Prominent citrus taste with grapefruit up front, together with juicy wheat and cereal malts. Creamy, mid-sweet, fruit-grainy finish. Mouthfilling. Hidden alcohol. Just alright. (Tromsø 11.03.2023).

Uklar juicy gul med hvitt skum som daler sakte. Aroma humle sitrus tropisk frukt grapefrukt gjær. Smak sitrus humle grapefrukt tropisk frukt gjær. Fyldig, markert, fruktig, behagelig bitter. Godt og litt anderledes øl. Tap på Agenturet
