Our first core beer !
First batch (march 2021): We used a total of 20g / L, Citra, Azacca, Cryo Cascade and Cryo Centennial hops.
Second batch (march 2023): Azacca, Citra, Idaho 7, Sabro
Alexandra of Asimus, c. 300. She was one of the martyrs who were horribly tortured for adhering to their faith and refused to give the divine honor to Emperor Maximian.

Very cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy to aery white head, a bit irregular, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: nice, lovely stuff, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, mango, pineapple, very intense, a little floral, slightly dank. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, quite some citrus, tropical fruits, a bit juicy, grassy, some grapefruit, very bitter, some pineapple. Aftertaste: juicy, pretty dry, a bit sourish, lots of citrus, very nice one, really loved it!
