3rd edition of our Fugu On Tour series. An IPA, but not just any IPA. This is a Triple IPA with a tasty blend of 2 New Zealand hops: Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Speaking of hops, we did go big with the quantities, you got to be warned.

Brewed at our friends at Polly's, a microbrewery settled in North Wales. They brew in a magical environment. And so are their beers.

A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of strong yellow stone fruits, apricot, citrus. Taste of strong yellow stone fruits, apricot, sweet wheat malt, piney hops, long bitter finish.

Getreidig-hopfiger, etwas dumpfer Beginn. Geringe Süße, alkoholisch, drückend. Unsüffig, langer Abgang, nicht ganz harmonisch. 10/8/9/9//9

18/XI/23 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ ElManana’s place, BB: 5/VII/24 (2023-1059)

Very cloudy beige blond beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down rather quickly, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, pretty dank, very fruity, cheesy touch, tropical fruits, sweet impression, a bit earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity, juicy, a bit dank, good, resinous hops, lovely stuff. Aftertaste: sweet, very fruity, good bitterness, tropical fruits, citrus, lovely!
