Imperial smoked stout aged in bourbon barrels. (2023 Variant)
Malt beverage with chocolate flavor and pecan pie flavor. It beats all you ever saw. This barrel-aged ale uses the stable ingredients barley, rye, and corn, plus cherry wood smoked malt to create a huge imperial stout. To top it all off, we barrel-aged it for three Kentucky months! The result of this Bo & Luke variant is a rich and complex imperial smoked stout with hints of chocolate and vanilla.

Can. A- Roasty, char, burnt sugars, bourbon, chocolate. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, brown head. T- Pecan, burnt sugar, roasty, booze, tobacco, rye, nutty, cocoa. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, robust finish. O- Definitely not as dessert like as I thought. I get lots of roast, char, bitter and nutty notes. Didn't quite hit the mark for me.
