YG Deep golden color with some bubbles. Aroma is apples, grass. Flavor is apples, , sugar, oxidation. Nice.

750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Partially fermented (technically n/a) apple cider. Clear pale orange colour with a slight pink-ish hue. Pours sparkling with a moderate white head. Aroma of slightly oxidised eating apples. Medium sweet flavour of eating apples.

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear, deep golden colored cider, still, but with some bubbles. Fresh apple juice, ripe apples, some notes of apple cores and grass, and a touch of apple pie. It's semi-sweet on the palate, with some acidity. Some carbonation too. Ripe apples, apple juice and some dark dried fruit in the flavor. Lasting apple finish with some hints of apple cores, dried fruit and apple pie. Nice indeed. 231101

Small bubbly shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, unripe apples, grass, sour apple candy, flowers, hay, apple cores, minerals, leafs. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apple candy, grass, soda powder, unripe apples, hay, flowers, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, refreshing.
