Our first Single Hop is based on the most recognizable hop of the world beer revolution – Mosaic. Since its debut in 2012, it has instantly gained recognition from both brewers and craft beer fans. To this day, millions of liters of beer have been brewed with it.

Mosaic hop owes its name to its phenomenal complexity, which, like a real mosaic, forms a colorful and complex picture. Judge for yourself – its most frequently mentioned aromas are: citrus (tangerine, grapefruit), tropical (mango, guava), fruity (blueberry), but also floral, earthy and resinous. Let’s add the fact that Mosaic contains a lot of alpha acids, i.e. compounds that add bitterness to beer during the brewing process. Therefore, it is the perfect set of features to consider Mosaic as a hop created for brewing juicy, yet bitter IPAs.
