Aus der Flasche im 2025-02 getrunken. Der sehr feinporige Schaum überrascht schon. Und damit strömt auch eine tolle Südfrucht-Note aus dem Glas, die mit dem Schaum dann deutlich in den Hintergrund verschwindet. Am Gaumen deutlich Grapefruit-Haut und ist das etwas Ananas? Egal ein schöne Ale mit einer nicht zu kräftigen Hopfenbitterkeit.

Hazy dark amber beer with a white head. Aroma of oxidized caramelized malt, nuts. Taste of caramelized dark malt, toffee, resins. Moderate to long bitter finish.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass cloudy, almost no head. Moldy-fruity aroma. Starts moldy-malty, some herbal notes, a bit soapy. Fruity hints of apple, some pear. Finish could be more balanced. Strange one...

0,33 l bottle from Marktkauf, Altenwalde. BB 15.12.2023. Labeled as Indian Pale Ale ... Flat murky orange brown in the glass, small white head. Citrus grainy aroma, some malt. Taste has also pale grain and malt, citrus with sugar sweet industrial honey. Low bitterness. Not what you expect as an IPA.
