Aus der Flasche im 2023-08 getrunken. Dieses messingfarbende Lager kommt in der Nase leicht kräutrig rüber und am Gaumen ist es deutlich gehopft mit einer Toilettenstein-Zitronen-Aroma. Im Abgang ist die Hopfenbitterkeit dann sehr deutlich und so gar nicht mein Ding. Nein nicht mein Bier!

Almost clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of floral hops, pale malt, brett. Taste of herbal pale malt, flowers, coconut.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Starts fine malty, spicy, more and more fruity hoppy notes, some lemon, some grapefruit. Mild bitterness. Finish could be a bit more balanced. Okay.

Sensory Session #96: clear golden color and a nice white head. Lots of coconut in the nose, creamy caramel. Harsh bitterness of hops and grapefruit peel. Decent fruity, as it gets warmer, you will find the Sorachi Ace flavors.

0,33 l bottle directly from the brewery. Very pale yellow golden in the glass, small head. Intensive Sorachi Ace on the nose. Taste starts with a short Pilsener sequence, then again a lot of Sorache Ace hop. I can´t get into Sorachi Ace. Sorry.
