This Berliner Weisse spent more than 30 months in oak barrels before making its debut! Full of complexity, it involves us with an intricate plot of spices, earthy and citrus properties of Brett yeast. The apricot, pineapple, and wood arches bring it all to the fore for the main story. In the end, it all makes sense! Apricot Subplot with a light body and dry taste, balanced with the sweetness of the fruit, is a sour candidate for an Oscar!

Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is dry fruits, apricot and tart wooden tones. Flavour is apricot, nice dry fruits and some spruce shoots.

Cloudy orange with a tall but fuzzy white head. Apricot, light funk, hay, and very acidic. Medium bodied. Decent beer but somewhat of a letdown, honestly.

Bottle from the brewery shop. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Not much head. Nose - funk, wood, gentle apricot. Taste - apricot, orange and wood. Palate - light bodied, tangy and sour middle and finish. Overall - good.
