Jungle years is the newest addition to Hopsala Brewery's portfolio. It's hazy, soft and tropical profile slots perfectly within the typical New England IPA style.
With the mainstay Citra and Mosaic hops you get your classic notes of citrus and passion fruit. Combined with an added flourish of Huell Melon hops, we wanted to add something that set us apart; melon and strawberries.
At 6.4% ABV we hope to have created an all occasions liquid getaway. Wether you're at the beach in summer, or trying to relive warmer memories in winter, Jungle Years will enhance any yearning for sun and adventure.

Orangebrun farge med hvitt skum. Eller det vil si alt for mye skum. Det skummer voldsomt ved skjenking. Lukter grapefrukt, aprikos. Noe karamell og tørket aprikos.

[ As Hopsala Jungle Years ].
ABV: 7.9%. ✅ Clear medium to ligh amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, citrus, hops bitter, sweet fruit - sweet hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240123]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some sweet malts and mild zesty tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary, mild oney and some zest tones. Somewhat bitter. More IPA than NEIPA.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Aroma of tangerine and pineapple. Mid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mango and tangerine, notes of burnt rubber. Mildly bitter finish.
