Minnesota Cornucopia was crafted by blending two eighteen month old neutral oak barrels of methode traditionelle spontaneous ales. Two separate macerations on organic plums, red raspberries, organic black currants, tart cherries, organic honey berries, bluebell grapes and strawberries creates layered and complex flavors of mixed berry fruit leather, farmhouse funk, gentle citric acidity, and refined bitterness from aged whole cone hops. We bottle conditioned this ale with Minnesota wildflower honey for three seasons.

31/I/23 - 75cl bottle from a trade, shared @ home, BB: n/a (2023-94) Thanks to Ryan C. for the trade! (I think?)
Clear bright carmine red beer, small aery irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: oh my, lovely, lots of actual Brett, smells really good, love it! Very fruity, lots of berries, cherries, raspberries. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, lots of cherries, raspberries, some tannins, pretty bitter, hoppy. Aftertaste: fruity, sourish, berries, pretty bitter, some tannins, more berries, super fruity, lovely stuff, very nice!
