(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 13 Jan 2024) Dark amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, slightly vinous nose with caramel, dried fruit, raisins and prunes. Malty, fruity, vinous taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, figs, prunes, dates and a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Strong, tasty and quite well balanced. Nice one.

Flaska från SB. Klar bärnstensfärgad vätska med lågt snabbt försvinnande skum. Torkad frukt, fikon, russin, mogen banan, dadlar, marsipan, alkohol slår igenom lite. Liknar en enklare belgisk quadriceps. Ok

ABV: 10.2%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, Belgian yeast, candy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, dried fruit, Belgian yeast, fruity yeast - sweet yeast, candy, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20240119]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some alcohol, mild peppery and bananaish tones with some dried fruity tones. Flavour is overripe bananas, some peppery, alcohol and mild caramel tones with some slight burning alcohol to it.
