Sample, thanks Robin Svensson. Clear golden, no head. Mildly leathery apple aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Rather conentrated appke flavour, no funkiness, but notes of leather. Slight apple skin bitterness.

As Dargett Apple cider semi-sweet at 5.6% ABV. Appearance: Clear gold with a one finger tall off-white airy head of low to medium retention. Aroma and taste: Clean, fermented apples, some sigar, vinous noted. distant funk. Light to edium sweet, light sour. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation, Overall: OK.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, thin white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, caramel note. Taste is sweet, apple, caramel, mellow, some sugar, with light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear golden with a few small bubbles. Aroma is apple, caramel, apple pie, slightly waxy. Medium sweetness, with a light tart tang. Moderate body, average carbonation. Quite likeable.
