Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, grape peel, oak, dried fruits, flowers, butterscotch, minerals, hay, grass, fruit stones. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, fruit stones, hay, flowers, grape peel, sour grass, herbs, oak, butterscotch, minerals, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.
