Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout with Coconut
We pushed eight choice casks of Fundamental Observation through 350lbs of fresh coconut flakes and another 350lbs of hand-toasted coconut flakes to create the incredible second bottling of #FOCOCO. Tropical aromas rise from the glass and melt into a swirling flourish of velvety viscosity on the palate. Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is play doh, coconut, roast, chocolate. Slick body, milk chocolate, toasted coconut, roast, boozy finish, very nice.
