For our latest, "sour" production, we decided to accompany the lactic sourness with delicately spiced notes produced during the fermentation of a classic Belgian yeast. The blackberries added during the fermentation produce give the beer a pleasant fruitiness and a particular pinkish hue. This elegant brew's subtle sourness conceals its 7% ABV alcohol level, making it extremely drinkable.

Draught@Koht, Tallinn. REddish amber colour with a small pink head. Aroma is blackberries, some floral, herbal and mild lactic notes. Flavour is slightly sour berries, blackberries, rhubarb and mild earthy and yeasty notes.

Backlog September 2019. Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body under a nice white head. Aroma of mild acidic berries. Taste is moderate acidic, red berries. Medium body and same aftertaste. Rather plain and one-dimensional.

Bottle, thank you Daniele. Cloudy orange-amber color a bit dark, huge creamy cap. Nose: candy aroma of berries, pleasant cheesy note, stable/cellar. Mouth: hint of lactose, grapefruit, berries, spicy. Some hidden fruity notes.
