75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange, white head. Aroma is fruity, grapes and brett to barnyard. Sour, dry fruity. Lingering brett and applezesty. Smooth dry and fruity far finish.

Small off-white layer on unclear orange beer. Brettanomyces a mile out, lemonpeel, mold, rhubarb. Bretts, lemon, floral, sourish exotic fruit and somewhere (warming up) shrivelled apple. Light, refreshing, medium to well carbonated. For a German beer this is close to revolutionary. Unfortunately (experience lacking?) the Brettanomyces flavour is really unrefined, overwhelming.
