473mL can, pours a deep dark brown / black with a medium beige head. Aroma has plenty of toasted malt that has a slight roasted character, with some earthy hops in back. Flavour is dry, with plenty of toasted malt, some roast, and moderately bitter earthy hops. This has some nice hoppy bitterness and a pretty solid roast profile. Not as impactful as I’d want from the style but pretty satisfying and impressive for a black IPA from Yukon.

473ml can. Pours a clear dark brown with red hue and a medium, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and earth. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, peach, passionfruit and grapefruit in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty and easy to put back.
