This DIPA is more action-packed than a car heist, more mysterious than a treasure hunt, and twice as enchanting as a full moon over New York City. Just watch out for the bees!

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Cloudy straw colour, coarse head. Quite intense aroma of apricot and key lime. Mid sweet with above medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with grass, apricot and grapes. Significant hop burn turning it near undrinkable in the end.

I bought this 16 oz can because it is a Toppling Goliath beer, not because it is a hazy IPA, just to point out. Found at Mr. T's from the other side of town, he keeps me in the craft beer. A snifter ready to go, I open the can and pour. A yellow-orange liquid, duh, with a hefty top of snow white foam, double duh. A nice nose with pineapple and mango along with a touch of grain. The drink follows, pretty much all right. Melon, pineapple, white bread, sugar cane and a really small bit of pine. An example of a NE style IPA to the nth degree, it is not unpleasant, actually it is better than most. But I lean West Coast style, brought up that way.

16 oz can picked up at Mountain Liquor, Ontario. Couldn't pass up trying this imperial IPA with an all star lineup of hops. Tons of melon notes on both aroma and flavor. Achieves nice balance with a biscuit grain, and cool, moderate bitter finish. Melon and citrus notes give this an overall fruity feel in the end. It's slick and very tasty though. Always a treat to crack one from these guys.

Inga konstiga felsmaker. Jättegod 😋
