Sereh, lemon, grass, it's a tough consideration but it's just a little better than a Nevel beer………………………………

Cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty floral, a bit fruity, lots of yeast, some honey, ok-ish. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, fruity notes coming through as well, a bit lemony, bitter, zesty, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: more sourish, pretty dry, bitter, herbal touch, grapefruit, a bit honey. Not as wild about this one as I would love to be.
