Canned, again, huge thanks Fil and Fil's tenants! Hazy yellow body, white head. Apricot in front of spicy and vegetal notes in the aroma - what? Fermented out apricot fruitiness, tart, empty, okay in a way, but... far from any sorbet. Seems fruit was used wrong in the process...

Süffiger, mild säuerlicher Beginn mit angenehmem und natürlichem Aprikosenaroma. Spritzig, milde Herbe, die Fruchtigkeit bleibt intensiv, der Hintergrund ist aber etwas schwach. Mittellanger Abgang. 8/10/9/9/7/9

Mein erstes ukrainisches Craftbier, das während des Kriegs gebraut wurde -bestellt direkt bei der Brauerei und postalisch zugestellt. Es ist ein Sour Ale, das mit Laktose und Marillenpüree gebraut wurde. Abstruse, aber nicht schlecht. Es ist wirklich sauer, aber auch erfrischend spritzig mit coolen Fruchtnoten. Klar, sowas muss man mögen, aber mir hat es wirklich gut gefallen.
