Solid lovely evening sipper.
Clear dark red color with decent head. Aaahhh nice aroma. And a fine intensity. My nose enjoyed this. Fine body and a mellow carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Balanced acidity and sweetness. Fine tail. Vinous, vinegar, bready and fruity. Well masked alcohol.

Fra fat på bryggeripuben 4 Aug 17. Dyprød. Fikmskum. Lett surølaroma. Kirsebær. Smaken det samme. Tørr avslutning. Alkoholen farlig godt kamuflert.

Draught at ØX Tap Room. Thanks to Finn for sharing. Deep ruby-red body. Naked surface. Minimal lacing. Attractive aroma of red berry skins. Mixed berry flavours of black currant and red currant, oaky backbone. Berry bitterness to a lingering finish. Full bodied with warmth from the alcohol. Enjoying sipper on a Friday eve. (Trondheim 04.08.2017).
